Welcome to ITLegalWay. We specialize in legal support designed for technology enterprises.

1. Scope of Application

This document governs the use of our services, digital materials, and goods as offered through ITLegalWay.

2. Professional Services

Our professional services include corporate compliance, contract drafting, intellectual property protection, regulatory advisory, and due diligence reviews. All services are provided by qualified legal professionals at our office located at Landenbergstrasse 1, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland.

3. Digital Materials

We offer digital products such as guides, templates, and recorded seminars that are available for download upon settlement of the applicable fee.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items such as printed guides and materials are shipped to the client upon confirmation of the applicable fee.

5. Fees and Settlement

All fees are due in full upon receipt of invoice. We accept common methods of settlement. Failure to complete settlement may result in suspension of access or service delivery.

6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Professional Services: If no substantial work has been initiated, clients may request reimbursement within 14 days from the invoice date. Once work has commenced, no reimbursement is available due to allocation of professional resources. Clients may reschedule booked appointments without surcharge if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduled appointments must be used within 90 days of the original date.

Digital Materials: Reimbursement requests may be made within 7 days of purchase and prior to any download activity. Once a digital file is accessed, all sales are considered final given the nature of digital distribution.

Physical Goods: Clients may send back items in original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery. Clients are responsible for shipping arrangements and related costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the item sent back, reimbursement will be issued within 30 days via the original method of settlement.
